No. All chat companions and characters are powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people. AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate or unexpected.
Your conversations are stored securely and are not shared with other users. We do not use your personal chat content to train our AI models unless you explicitly opt in. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You earn points by completing tasks like creating avatars, finishing your profile, and sharing stories. Points can be used to unlock premium features within the app. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TalkPal → Cancel
Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → TalkPal → Cancel
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Please contact their support for refund requests. We're happy to help with any billing questions at support@talkpal.chat.
TalkPal is rated 17+ and requires users to be at least 17 years old. Age verification is required during account registration.
You can report content directly within the app using the report button on any message or content. You can also email us at safety@talkpal.chat with details.
You can delete your account through the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing privacy@talkpal.chat. All associated data will be permanently removed in accordance with our retention policy.
